POLICE are appealing for witnesses after windows were smashed at three neighbouring Dandenong shops.
The incidents happened between 11.30pm on 9 November and 8am on 10 November at 258, 260-262 and 264 Thomas Street, Dandenong.
Police said vandals smashed windows with a slingshot or something similar, such as marbles or ball bearings, but did not try to enter the shops.
Number 258 was the worst damaged with four windows and a door smashed.
