TWO 19-year-old Keysborough youths were attacked with baseball bats and followed by a car after leaving a Dingley party on 22 November.
Dandenong Detective Senior Constable Jess Phillips said the two youths were driving away from a party in Cardinal Court, Dingley, about 1am when they were approached by six men who hit the car with baseball bats.
Det Sen Const Phillips said the driver’s door was smashed and one of the youths was hit across the arm. When the pair stopped at traffic lights on Perry Road Keysborough, three men got out of a car behind them armed with baseball bats, Det Sen Const Phillips said. The car was described as a mid-1990s, light coloured Honda Civic. The victims drove off.
Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
