FIRE-FIGHTERS worked for half an hour to extinguish a blaze in Dandenong North last week.
About 9.45pm on 6 January, Dandenong and Hallam fire brigades were called to a unit fire in Philip Street.
Crews arrived to find smoke pouring from a room at the back of the property but were able to contain the fire within 30 minutes.
No-one was home at the time of the fire.
