A P-plate driver wasn’t wearing his seatbelt when he broke the speed limit by 43 kilometres in Dandenong South, say police.
Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers detected the car travelling at 103km/h in the 60 zone on Colemans Road when trying to overtake another vehicle.
The 20-year-old Cranbourne North man recieved $991 in penalty notices and nine demerit points and will be without his licence for six months.
