All go for snow

MORE than 10,000 people entered a winter wonderland in central Springvale on Sunday.
The inaugural Springvale Snow Fest attracted huge crowds between 1pm and 7pm on 21 July with a snow-making machine, food stalls, lion dancing, rides and more.
“This event was well-anticipated by the community and generated quite a buzz,” councillor Sean O’Reilly said.
The council is assessing and evaluating the event to see if it will return next year.
