Rabbit torture video

GREATER Dandenong police have charged a Chelsea man over the theft, torture and death of a pet rabbit.
They discovered a video of the aggravated cruelty after seizing the 26-year-old’s phone in relation to another matter. He was bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 17 April.
CIU detectives are trying to locate the rabbit’s owner and believe her first name is Jemma.
