A MAN was rushed to hospital after another man poured apple juice on him and assaulted him outside a Dandenong supermarket.
The victim and his girlfriend were walking out of Coles on Princes Highway about 6.30pm on Friday 19 June when the offender threw the contents of his apple juice bottle onto the man and then hit him.
The victim lost consciousness but regained it at the scene and was then taken to hospital where he was treated for facial injuries.
It’s believed the offender and the victim may have had an earlier confrontation before the latter entered the supermarket.
Police are still looking for the offender, who also may have had children with him.
