A HOUSE fire led to the discovery of a cannabis crop grown using an electrical bypass in Springvale.
Firefighters found three plants in a rear room of the Mein Street property, about 10.20pm on 27 January.
Detective Senior Constable Andrew Paternott, of Greater Dandenong CIU, said the plants were of “various maturity”.
No occupants were found at the house at the time, he said.
