Three Dandenong North men will answer armed robbery and weapons charges over a string of south-east robberies.
The 18, 19 and 21-year-old were allegedly armed with machetes and a shotgun when police arrested them in Glen Waverley about 4.45am on Thursday 23 February.
The charges relate to an attempted armed robbery at a service station on Heatherton Road, Narre Warren North, about 12.55am that same day, an armed robbery at the same site about 3.45am and an armed robbery at a newsagency on Centre Way, Mount Waverley, about 4.30am.
The three men will face court at a later date.
