Puppy thief strikes in Springvale

A Springvale puppy owner and police are pleading for help to find a dognapped pooch.
Springvale Police are investigating the theft of a two-month-old tan and white Japanese Akita from an Amaryn Court back yard between midnight and 9.30am on Wednesday 24 January.
Her owner only brought her home two days earlier.
Police do not believe the puppy could have escaped and believe someone has stolen her.
They want to reunite the pup with her owner and urged anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.crimestoppers.com.au and quote incident number 180030135.
