Police are appealing for public help to find Kevin Howie.
The 34-year-old is wanted for failing to appear at court over assault-related offences.
He is described as about 185 centimetres tall with a solid build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
Howie is known to frequent the Dandenong, Altona North, Frankston and Mornington areas.
Police released an image of Howie in the hope someone might have information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Howie is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
