Twenty-one-year-old Jessica Swindle is wanted by police in relation to car theft and drug offences.
Warrants have been issued for her arrest.
She is described as 165 centimetres, thin build, brown hair and blue eyes.
She is believed to frequent Dandenong, Doveton, Frankston, Rowville, Boronia, Knox and Bendigo.
