Man charged over Samurai sword stabbing

A 23-year-old man has been charged over allegedly stabbing another man with a Samurai sword in Springvale.

The victim, 18, from Keilor East, was stabbed during a dispute at a house at St John’s Avenue about 1.30pm on 26 August.

He was hospitalised with wounds to his left side and right arm.

The accused has been remanded to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 3 September.
