Students, such as Molly Marie Burrough, were given an outdoors education by Greater Dandenong Council’s horticultural staff.
Fourteen conservation land management students from Chisholm Institute helped the council plant, mulch and beautify Robert Booth Reserve.
The students gained valuable industry experience, while helping spruice up the surrounds of Dandenong Creek.
The activities were part of the council’s Discover Dandenong Creek project.
