New pharma jobs for Keysborough

More than 40 new jobs have been created in Keysborough as Australian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers expands its operations.

The company, which offers contract manufacturing and packaging services for products including vitamin and mineral supplements, opened its expanded operations on Friday 14 June at an announcement attended by Victorian Minister for Jobs, Innovation and Trade and Member for Keysborough Martin Pakula.

It has just completed a $6.9 million upgrade which will allow it to take on more work from existing clients and increase its reach across Asia, with 44 new jobs added.

“Pharmaceuticals are Victoria’s highest-value manufactured export product, worth $1.5 billion to the state’s economy each year,“ Mr Pakula said.

“We’re proud to support APM in their expansion efforts, helping them to capture growing international demand for Australian-manufactured products and create new local jobs.”help.”
