Four charged with armed robbery of Dandenong South store

TWO men have been charged with the armed robbery of a Dandenong South furniture store yesterday.

It’s alleged that two men carrying knives held up and stole cash from the store on Frankston-Dandenong Road at 2.30pm.

A staff member was punched and received minor facial injuries, Detective Senior Constable Tristan Snow of Dandenong CIU said.

Four men from Dandenong and Keysborough were interviewed. Two of them were charged with armed robbery and assault, and were remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates Court today.
