They’re grand for the final

BEFORE the bounce to the final celebrations, the City of Greater Dandenong’s biggest footy fans will get to watch the AFL Grand Final live in the Civic Square.
As part of the celebrations of Greater Dandenong Children’s Festival, the fans will get a chance get into town and cheer on the best teams as the biggest match of the year commences on Saturday afternoon.
The celebrations start on Friday afternoon with the Footy on Parade running from noon to 2pm in the Civic Square as children kick off the parade wearing their favourite footy colours.
Visitors are encouraged to bring their chairs, blankets and favourite footy nibbles and find themselves a good spot early to watch the Grand Final on the Civic Square’s main-screen.
The AFL Grand Final begins at 2pm on Saturday.
