Multicultural festival brings Games to close

A FESTIVAL to recognise Greater Dandenong’s multiculturalism will include a big screen to broadcast the Commonwealth Games Closing Ceremony.
The Sumnation Festival will be held on Sunday 26 March, beginning at 11.30am, and will feature cultural performances on three separate stages along with international cuisine, children’s activities and a craft market.
City of Greater Dandenong mayor Peter Brown said the event usually attracted thousands of residents.
