A MAN, 23, was bashed with a chair, belt and bottle when an argument turned violent in Springvale on Sunday, June 16.
About 1.30am, the victim, an American, became involved in an argument a group of Asian men outside Icy Bar in Springvale Road.
He was then attacked, sustaining cuts and bruises. Police were studying security film and sought help from anyone in the area at the time.
