Sunday market: The Noble Park RSL monthly market is back on February 24 from 7am-noon in the main car park. Fresh produce, bric-a-brac, crafts and snacks. Stalls available for hire at $10 or $5 for a table. Proceeds go to local charities. Details, stall bookings: 9548 3750.

Healthy minds: GROW offers a unique 12-step recovery focused program to those suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and other emotional difficulties. Good food: A free eight-week ‘healthy eating and lifestyle’ program starts on Monday, February 18 at Keysborough Learning Centre. Sessions include an hour of gentle exercise and an hour of lifestyle education. Details, bookings: 9798 7005.

Footy for all: Casey’s all-abilities team is recruiting for 2013. Weekly training is at Casey Fields but is not compulsory. An open day will be held from 11.30am-1pm this Sunday. Zumba: An exciting hour of calorie-burning, body energising and mind inspiring movement — the dance fitness craze taking over Australia. Classes on Mondays from 6.15-7.15pm and Wednesdays from 5.30-6.30pm starting next week at the Jan Wilson Community Centre, Noble Park North. Cost $5 per session. Fairy magic: Does your child love to dress up as a funky fairy? If so, come and have fun dancing, playing, listening and meeting other fairies at the Jan Wilson Community Centre, Noble Park North. Take a seat: Expressions of interest sought for a new chair yoga and life management class at the Jan Wilson Community Centre, Noble Park North. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness, improving flexibility, mental clarity and anxiety.  Alcoholics support: Alcoholics Anonymous meets 6pm on Fridays at St James Anglican Church, 55 Langhorne Street, Dandenong.
