Armed robbers hit North Dandenong liquor store

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to an armed robbery on a North Dandenong liquor store on Monday night.

Two men armed with knives entered North Dandy Liquor on Dunearn Road about 6.40pm and demanded cash.

The men, who had their faces covered and were dressed in hooded jumpers, made off with an undisclosed amount cash.

They were last seen leaving the scene in a dark-blue medium sized car.

Senior Constable Megan McMullen from the Dandenong Embona Taskforce said both men were of thin build with one man believed to be about 180cm tall and the other about 172cm.
