POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a robbery outside a Springvale bank this month.
A Clayton woman, 21, left the ANZ branch at 286 Springvale Road about 11.30am on Saturday 5 October, with about $3000.
She walked onto Windsor Avenue where another woman demanded the cash. A struggle ensued and the thief, described as Caucasian and aged 30 to 40 with dark hair, fled with the money.
Police have released CCTV images of a woman they want to speak to in relation to the theft.
