POLICE have re-released CCTV footage of a man who was allegedly involved in the armed robbery of a Keysborough bank last month.
Detective Senior Constable Dean Hedge of Greater Dandenong police’s Embona taskforce said further inspection of the footage revealed a mark – possibly a tattoo – on the man’s neck behind his left ear.
The man had allegedly handed a note and demanded cash from a bank teller in Parkmore Shopping Centre on Cheltenham Road between 1.30pm and 2pm on 13 May.
The teller, seeing the man’s hand inside his jacket, believed the man was armed and complied with the demands.
The man, who fled along Cheltenham Road, was described as of Caucasian appearance and unshaven with blue eyes, brown collar-length hair and of medium build.
Any information to Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
