Serial tool theft probed

A bicycle-riding bandit has been targeting a Springvale hardware store since January.
Police said a man grabbed power tools, concealed them under his clothing and left the Springvale Road store on a pushbike on 22, 26 and 31 January, 24 February and 1 March.
They are appealing for help to identify a man who could assist with their inquiries.
He is described as Caucasian, aged in his late thirties or early forties and about 180 centimetres tall with a medium build and dark hair.
He might have a tattoo on his left forearm.
