Women’s drive on the highway

A personal branding expert and a motor sport driver seem an unlikely pair.
But Helen Robinett and Samantha Reid will share guest speaking duties at the final SEBN Showcasing Women in Business event for the year.
Highways in Springvale will host the breakfast on Friday 24 November.
Ms Robinett will share why personal branding matters for women in business, how to present on social media, the value of mentoring, and what ‘cost per wear’ really means in a garment.
She’ll also host a fashion parade featuring spring and summer office wear.
Ms Reid will take guests inside the world of motor sport and the evolving role of women in the industry.
They can put their driving skills to the test in interactive activities and see how local automotive brands are staying ahead of the game.
Ms Reid is the Women in Motor Sport Committee chairwoman. The group aims to increase the participation of women in all facets of Australian motor sport.
Her passion for the industry started at age eight through go-karting.
Visit www.eventbrite.com.au for tickets.
