Campbell’s motor running

LOCAL community groups have helped Southern Health’s Greater Dandenong Community Health Service (GDCHS) get the new equipment it needs.
GDCHS held a morning tea event on 24 February to thank those involved in raising the funds for the new MotoMed Electric Pedal machine.
GDCHS client Campbell Singline had been using the machine to treat his lymphodema when funding from MS Australia ran out, Southern Health employee Diane Barker said.
The Lions clubs of Noble Park, Keysborough and Wheelers Hills banded together with the Walter and Elizabeth Hall Foundation and GDCHS staff to raise $5495 to buy a new machine. Ms Barker said many thanks went out to the groups involved.
