LADY Talk holds gatherings every Wednesday at 10am and welcomes ladies of all nationalities who wish to learn English in a friendly, sociable environment.
The atmosphere is not similar to a classroom – instead it is an open and active environment with English, social skills and living skills all playing a role in Lady Talk meetings.
Meetings are held at Intercross Church, corner of Frank Street and Joy Parade, Noble Park.

Latin festival

A FREE festival exploring the exotic culture of Latin America will be held this weekend at The Drum Theatre and Town Hall complex.
It will feature La Ruca Chilean crafts and arts groups, along with Latin American art exhibitions, fashion parades, solo music and Andean pipes, Latino demonstrations, children’s activities, puppets, free face painting, artisan’s stalls and much more.
The festival will run between noon and 5pm this Saturday, 18 March.

MORE than 350 cats will be on show when the Feline Control Council hosts its forthcoming All Breeds Championship Cat Show in Noble Park.
The show will be held at Carwatha Community Centre on Sunday, 26 March, at 43-81 Browns Road, and is one of the largest shows on the feline show calendar.
Anyone is welcome to attend with entry prices set at $3 for adults and $2 for children.

Church meeting

RAINBOW Church meets every Sunday at 5.30pm for a shared meal and church service. All are welcome, the evening is held at the St John Ambulance hall, Pau Street, Noble Park.
