Call for witnesses in robber search

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a robbery by a man armed with a knife at a Noble Park bottle shop.
Frankston Embona Taskforce Detective Senior Constable Deanne Williams appealed to the community for information regarding a robbery at 8pm on Friday, 21 April, at Reynor Cellars in Leonard Avenue, Noble Park.
She said a man carrying a knife entered the shop and demanded cash from the two shop attendants.
“The male was given a quantity of cash before leaving the store and running through a car park on the opposite side of the street,” she said.
“No one was injured during the robbery.”
The man is described as 183 centimetres tall, of southern European appearance, with olive skin, solid build and was wearing blue jeans and a dark coloured jacket with a hood.
