Eagles – the sound is back

‘HOTEL California’ takes many people on a reminiscent journey – to the days of fun, summer and of course the Eagles.
So it’s fitting that Australia’s best Eagles tribute show is set to launch in time for the upcoming summer.
‘Take it to the Limit’ is a fantastic show put together by some of Melbourne’s finest musicians, including John Wells and Col Perkins, and sets a new benchmark in capturing the incredible harmonies and unique musicianship that was the Eagles.
The universal appeal of the fabulous group is captured in this show.
The songwriting skills that penned such hits as Hotel California, Tequila Sunrise, Take it to the Limit, Witchy Woman, Desperado, Peaceful Easy Feeling, Best of my Love, Already Gone, New Kid in Town, Heartache Tonight, Lyin’ Eyes, One of these Nights, Life in the Fast Lane and the classic Seven Bridges Road are heaven sent for these talented musicians in this tribute.
The group has truly captured the uniqueness that was the Eagles.
As well as the strength of the songs, it is that unique blend and whether into country or folk or country rock or rock and roll or harder rock – everyone loved the Eagles.
For music fans in the 1970s and 1980s, this is the one tribute show they can’t afford to miss – the beautiful harmonies, the acoustic sound, the forward momentum and compelling drive – it’s all there just waiting to take them back.
Being presented as a great dinner and show package at Springvale RSL, ‘Take it to the Limit’ is on Sunday, 3 December and is just $40 for dinner and show that includes the famous international cuisine dinner.
Get a group together and book soon as this exciting night will book out fast.
