MOREthan 150 ladies had their nails painted, bodies massaged and hair styled on Monday night – all in the name of charity.
To raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, local hairdressers organised a night of pampering.
Organisers Kerry Atherton from Answer 2 Hair Education and Teressa Au from X-Per-Tease Hair Studio said they were pleased that the night went so well.
“We are hoping to be able to give the Foundation between $2000 and $3000,” Ms Atherton said.
“And we plan to make it a yearly event.”
Those who attended were treated to hair and make-up, massage, henna tattoos, skin analysis, facials and visited a number of stalls of local businesses.
