Police seek flasher

POLICE are appealing for information in relation to a wilful and obscene exposure in Dandenong last month.
Police said at about 4.30pm on 22 December, two young girls were walking along Central Avenue when a man who was jogging stopped and stretched near them, before blocking the path.
He allegedly exposed himself to one of the girls.
He is described as being aged in his 30s to 40s, with a fit athletic build and has short straight light brown hair. He was wearing a grey or blue singlet, dark shorts and runners.
