A COMMEMORATIVE signing of a new partnership agreement between the City of Greater Dandenong, Multicultural Arts Victoria and the Arts Centre Melbourne will be held next week.
The partners will work together to create activities and programs that acknowledge, develop and celebrate arts and culture within our diverse community.
Greater Dandenong mayor Jim Memeti said the partnership would allow the council to continue to recognise the strengths and opportunities that Greater Dandenong’s rich blend of emerging cultures present.
“We are particularly excited to embark on this exciting new partnership,” he said. The partnership signing will take place on 6 October at the Drum Theatre, 226 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong, at 9am.
