POLICE are looking for a man who tried to rob a Dandenong bank on 15 January.
The man handed a note saying “fill bags with cash or bang” to a teller at the McCrae Street NAB branch about 11am.
The teller activated an audible alarm and the man fled empty-handed.
The would-be bandit is described as Caucasian and aged 35 to 40 with dark hair and sideburns.
He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with black tracksuit pants and was carrying two black and red coloured bags.
