TWO fatal collisions in two days rocked Dandenong last week.
A motorcyclist was travelling eastbound on the Princes Freeway in Dandenong South about 4am Friday when he collided with a truck coming off the Monash Freeway southbound exit.
The rider, aged in his 20s, died at the scene.
The truck driver was uninjured and assisted police with their inquiries.
The Princes Freeway was closed in both directions.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
About 2.15am on Sunday, a car was travelling south along Stud Road near Essex Street when the driver lost control and hit a tree.
He died at the scene.
