Police on the trail of camper thieves

THIEVES have stolen eight camper trailers in seven days from a Springvale business.
Greater Dandenong CIU detectives said the first theft at the Centre Road business occurred between 3am and 4am on Saturday 6 December and involved three trailers.
They believe the same thieves returned between 10pm on Monday 8 December and 1am on Tuesday 9 December and stole five camper trailers.
The total value of the trailers is more than $135,000.
Detectives have released images of two vehicles seen near the premises at the time of the thefts and images of trailers similar to those that were stolen.
They urged anyone with information to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential crime report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
