Down to the dirty

THOUSANDS of women will get down and dirty in Springvale next weekend.
Australia’s female-only muddy fun run Miss Muddy will come to Melbourne for the first time on Sunday 12 April.
The event will include up to five kilometres of mud, obstacles, colour, foam and fun, plus a new kids obstacle course dubbed Obstacool for boys and girls aged five to 12.
“Miss Muddy is all about having a fun day out with your favourite girlfriends,” CEO Emma McDonald said.
“You don’t have to be super fit – having fun is priority!
“Unlike other mud runs and obstacle course events, we have easy options or you can just run around an obstacle if you don’t fancy taking on the challenge.”
Visit missmuddy.com.au for more information or to register.
