Man dies after Keysborough shooting

A 34-YEAR-OLD man shot in Keysborough has died in hospital overnight.

Emergency services were called to Bloomfield Road about 5.45pm where they found the man with a gunshot wound to his upper body.

He was taken to The Alfred hospital in a critical condition, and pronounced dead hours later.

Homicide Squad detectives are investigating and appealing for information from the public.
