POLICE are appealing for public help to locate Tola Tim, known to frequent Dandenong, Springvale and Keysborough.
There is a warrant for the 45-year-old’s arrest over sexual-related offences.
He is Cambodian and 178cm tall with an athletic build, short black hair and brown eyes.
