POLICE have released the image of a Dandenong North man who failed to turn up to court after being served a warrant for drug related matters.
Vladimir Nikolic, 35, has been issued warrants for drug and dishonesty offences, and is described as Caucasian, 185cm tall, has a solid build, with short black hair and brown eyes.
