A 19-YEAR-OLD woman has been handcuffed in her Keysborough backyard while fake policemen entered her house but didn’t steal anything in a bizarre confrontation over the weekend.
The woman arrived at her Ashleigh Street home about 8.45pm on Saturday 5 September where she found three unknown men standing in her backyard.
One of the men said he was a cop from the Dandenong police station and asked the victim to place her hands behind her back before handcuffing her.
Another man then took her house keys and two of the offenders went through the house while the third stayed to guard the woman.
The two men later came out of the house and took off the woman’s handcuffs before all three fled in a white transit van with no windows.
There is no description of the offenders apart from them allegedly being aged between 25 and 30.
