POLICE have issued a warrant for a man known to frequent Springvale after he breached bail.
Detectives have released a photo of Andy Pham as they look to arrest the 25-year-old for failing to answer bail.
Mr Pham is 165cm tall, has a thin build and black hair.
Anyone who knows Pham’s whereabouts is urged to contact police.
