SWARMS of train passengers are facing long delays between Dandenong and Westall train stations due to a person being fatally struck by a train at Sandown Park this morning.

A large line of commuters are cramming Dandenong railway station’s bus stops for replacement bus services, with Metro Trains announcing delays of up to an hour.
A frustrated commuter @Sweetmum18 has reported waiting two hours in vain for a connecting bus.
One tweeter @MatthewMale reports “stranded” commuters running towards what they thought was a replacement bus.
@CtrlAltDel reports desperate passengers lining up for local-route bus services as well.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman said the person’s non-suspicious death at Sandown Park occurred about 6.25am.
