A good fit for all abilities

Greater Dandenong residents can get moving with free help from the council.
The second annual Spring into Summer program will offer fitness programs and activities for all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
The six-week program will be held at outdoor and indoor venues across Greater Dandenong from Monday 31 October.
Participants can improve their fitness, meet new people and have fun at yoga classes in Harmony Square, boot camp, tai chi, pilates and walking groups.
There’ll be specific classes for teens and women only and all classes will take place at the same time, on the same day and in the same location each week.
Visit www.greaterdandenong.com/springintosummer for a detailed program and to book.
