Police arrested a 16-year-old over a mobile phone theft in the Dandenong CBD.
They allege the Dandenong North teen approached another 16-year-old, from Noble Park, in Halpin Way about 9.30pm on Thursday 11 May.
The victim was not injured and police recovered the phone.
