Kryzstof Chorazy is wanted over death threats, assaults and failing to appear in court.
Police are appealing for public help to find the 30-year-old, who’s known to frequent Noble Park, Pakenham and Boronia.
They also want to interview him in relation to criminal damage and committing serious offences while on bail.
Chorazy is described as Caucasian and 186 centimetres tall with a medium build, blond hair and blue eyes.
