A motorcyclist died following a crash in Dandenong on Sunday 2 July.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Station Street and Cheltenham Road about 7.20am.
Police believe the rider lost control of the bike and struck a tree.
Emergency services attended and started treatment, but the man died at the scene.
No one else was injured during the incident. The rider is yet to be identified.
