Jason Tran is wanted over drug, traffic and bail offences, and is known to frequent Dandenong.
Police are appealing for public help to find him.
Warrants have been issued for the 27-year-old’s arrest.
He is described as about 170 centimetres tall, and is believed to be travelling in a white Honda Civic, with registration 1KO 3TG.
