Greater Dandenong Highway Patrol officers intercepted an unregistered vehicle with stolen plates in Springvale – but that’s not where the incident ended.
The police made their move in the early hours of Saturday 3 March on Kemp Street.
They discovered the driver’s learner’s permit was disqualified for two years, and she allegedly tested positive for drugs in her oral fluid.
Police said the 24-year-old will appear in court in the near future.
