Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Kenneth Black.
The 64-year-old man was last seen at a care facility in Dandenong about 9am on Friday 25 January.
Police have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition and his age.
Kenneth travels in a wheelchair and may be headed to Moe.
Investigators have released an image of Ken in the hope that some one may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ken or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
