Man stabbed in street brawl

A man was seriously wounded during a brawl involving up to 15 males near Noble Park station on Sunday 31 March.

The victim in his twenties was stabbed twice during the affray between two groups in Douglas Street about 9.10pm, police say.

He was driven to a nearby ambulance station, where he was treated by paramedics.

Ambulance Victoria stated the man had been stabbed in the upper body.

He was taken to The Alfred hospital by ambulance in a serious condition.
